Juan knows the value of hard work and prides himself in the life he has created when he moved to Australia from Colombia. He has loaned his expertise to companies like Bank of America and Coca Cola where his marketing skills were put to good use. However, he was able to selflessly let go of his very successful career for the good of his family. Being a hands-on dad challenged not only his patience but also shattered his preconceived notions about parenting and the individual roles of each parent.
