A smile is an important facial expression. However do not over use it.

• they create a positive environment

To gain and increase respect, first establish your presence in a room, then smile.

Research has found that some customers are likely to spend up to 40% more with a retailer who serves them with a smile.

A smile also has a number of health benefits including:

• lowering blood pressure
• boosting immunity
• It releases endorphins into the body. These endorphins are known as the ‘feel good’ chemical and are often associated with the high we feel after exercise…and chocolate!
