FOR HOSTS / LANDLORDS

1. Sign up as a HOST, complete and verify your profile (this is only done once).
2. Once your room(s) is listed our smart system will match every student enquiry with your room(s).
3. You will receive suggestions on potential guests every time your room matches with an enquiry (arriving to your email)
4. This gives you the chance to also contact them and tell them you have an empty room (you can actively promote your room(s) with REAL guests that are actively looking for a room).
5. It's that easy! Check all the students that are enquiring right now!

FOR STUDENTS / GUESTS

1. Complete the Find Me A Room Form. Complete and verify your profile (this is only done once).
2. Our smart system will match your enquiry with all the rooms listed in our system (our staff will also email you room options).
3. Online hosts will check your profile. They will then be able to pre-approve their room.
4. Once a room is pre-approved, you will be able to check the room listing, communicate and check the host, and book the room.
5. You wont need to search, contact anybody. All the potential hosts and rooms will come directly to your email inbox.
