1. CREATE YOUR PROFILE & POST YOUR ROOM WITHIN MINUTES.
   Start by creating your profile.
   Getting verified and linking your bank details are essential before you can start listing .
   Remember that the peace of mind of all users (including YOU) is our priority.
   We engineered our forms so that you are able to include lots of details easily and quickly.
   You can then start listing all your rooms (including price, availability, extras, video and up to 12 photos).
   In fact the more information you include the easier you will make if your guests to make informed decisions and therefore choose your room!
   It will also work to your advantage as you will attract the kinds of guests that are best for you.
   
   
2. CHOOSE YOUR VISIBILITY
   You can also select what type of guest you want to receive (for example only Postgraduate degree student or only visiting staff members).
   You will also be able to promote your BED room in case you need to rent it as an urgent matter.
   Guests will be able to book/pay via Bedssi.com.
   Please note: If you are a business, all subsequent payments will be done directly to you.
   If you are an individual/person bedssi will manage all payments which means you wont have to worry about money issues.
   
   
3. MANAGE YOUR LISTINGS
   Go to: Dashboard> MY BEDS>
   You'll be able to check new requests and new booking here. You will also be notified via email.
   Now you simply have to approve the requests so that they booking can be confirmed
   
   
4. GET READY AND GET PAID
   *Once the guest has confirmed a booking (initial payment done via bedssi.com), you will get a notice within the MY BEDS section of your dashboard
   Your BED will appear as BOOKED and will not be available to other users on those particular dates. You will also receive an email with all the details.
   Now you can get ready to welcome your new guest.
   **You'll get paid four days after your guest has checked in (this is why we need you to insert your bank details within your profile).
   Get more money by including extras. Have a bike? want to include a linen & towels pack?Are you able to pick your guest from the airport? You can charge a fee for these extras, giving you en extra income (whilst helping your guest).
   *Payments will only go to your account after all verification steps have been completed.
   **It will be 10 working days for the first booking.
   
   
5. BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR GUEST. RATE THEM AFTER THEY LEAVE.
   Please be available to help solve any issues that may arise with your guest.
   If you are not available at the time of the check-in, make sure you provide your guests with a designated and reliable point of contact. This is very important. Do not leave your guest waiting or not being able to contact you once they land in Australia.
   
   After the booking is finished, it is very important to leave a review for your guests. This is your chance to tell other hosts about your experience.
   When you leave a review for a guest, they're more likely to leave you a review in turn!

• Don't try to damage or get unauthorized access to any system, data, password, or other information, whether it belongs to Bedssi or another party.
• Don't take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or on any of our users (We reserve the right to determine what's reasonable.)
