We have hosted all types of groups. Please read below:
We have hosted groups that come for a few days up to 2 or three weeks. This means it is OK to host these guests in hotel or hostel rooms. These tend to be Government officials, Education Agents and VIP's. Depending on they type of guests we require from 3-5 star providers.
These groups tend to be study tours, Language groups or visiting academics. They tend to stay between 2 weeks and 6 weeks. For the short times we tend to allocate studios, However for more than 5 weeks we prefer to use 1 or 2 bedroom apartments that have kitchen and social areas.
These are Study Abroad, Exchange or Intern groups. Sometime visiting academics stay for long periods of time. These stays tend to be between 6 to 16 weeks. With these type of groups the preferred type of accommodation is 2 bedroom apartments where the guests will feel at home.
Most of our clients bring students or staff with budgets. This means we need to offer flexibility. We offer all types of setups including private rooms, twin-share, triple-share and even quadruple-share room options!
Some small groups are from VIP's where budget is not an issue and in fact they request the best possible option. This is why we also work with premium and 5 star accommodation providers.
We receive enquiries from small groups (few guests) to large groups of hundreds of guests. If you have properties where all guests can stay in the same type of room please let us know.

We work with many clients that have recurrent groups. This means long term business for everybody. You will also be dealing with one of Bedssi's directors. We take group accommodation very seriously.
We create customised solutions for our clients which means we are flexible with requests. In fact we take them as new challenges and like to prove people wrong because we have not had a request that we have not been able to meet.

We work with clients that bring several groups per year. This base of clients is also growing organically. This means you have your rooms occupied and for (very likely) several weeks at a time without any marketing or sales expenditures. As opposed to individuals renting one room for a few days only.
Our client knows they are working with professional providers that have all the systems and procedures ready in case there is an incident (which, believe us, there are very few or almost none with our groups. At least this has been our experience so far).
We are able to provide you volume which means priority access to rooms (maximising availability and better prices for them).
