Accommodation terms, including refund policies, are exclusively determined and managed by each Accommodation Provider, and clients are provided with these terms at booking confirmation. Clients are required to review and comply with these unique provider terms.
BEDSSI's involvement is strictly limited to the booking process and communication up to full payment, room confirmation, and client readiness for check-in. Consequently, any disputes regarding refunds or accommodation quality are the sole responsibility of the client and the Accommodation Provider. BEDSSI assumes no liability for any refund decisions or outcomes related to the Accommodation Provider's terms and conditions.
